DAY 99/365: I’ve been visiting Vietnam for just about 7 years now, and this is the first time that I’ve EVER even heard of Bun Cha SOUP! That’s just crazy to me.. I eat Bun Cha at least once a week, if not more, as I live in Hanoi. How can this be kept from me for so long?? This little spot in Sapa is truly unique and authentic in what they do and how they do it. Their shop is one of those places that looks like it’s been there for a couple of hundred years too.
