They've only gone to Multicam for Soldiers deploying to Afghanistan, the UCP uniform (called ACUs, or Army Combat Uniform) is still the standard for garrison (everywhere that is not Afghanistan). If a Unit deployed, they can wear their Multicam in garrison, but the Army is not issuing it to non-deployed Units.
