2019年7月18日 · Same with large snakes, like anacondas and reticulated pythons. In the wild, they will eat people. If kept in captivity, or as a pet, they're chill and enjoy being handled. Same can be said for dogs. Pit bulls are a good and controversial example. If you raise it like a beast, it can and will kill people.

Not necessarily to have the alligator (as long as you know how to handle it), but to have it around other people (especially children) without restraint. This is just an alligator that hasn't bitten yet. You can't completely tame a wild animal. There are always things that can go wrong.
