The past 3 years sales have been abnormally good for One Piece though mostly due to factors external to the manga. 2022 was One Piece's biggest deviation from the trend since the peak in 2011. This is why I say that 2022 is One Piece's best sales year in over a decade.

Jul 23, 2023 · It's literally just now that the supply issues that we had in the beginning with OP-01, and to some extent OP-02, are now fixed and supply is plentiful, way more people are buying way more boxes than they ever could've before, thus increasing the likelihood of somebody somewhere pulling a manga card.

The Big One Piece Manga Sales and Total Circulation Analysis
One Piece is currently in an extended celebration this year with the amazing milestone of 1000+ manga chapters compiled into 100 manga volumes and the recent airing of its 1000th anime episode. The cherry on top is that the manga has also been on fire this entire year with some of the best chapters of the year coming out in the past few weeks.
