At ground floor level a void creates a large public space with escallators that lead to the building's receptions on the second and third floors, which provide access to the office space above. The northern support core is conceived as a detached tower containing all passenger and goods lifts, service risers, on-floor plant and WCs.
The main structure of the building has only six internal columns, and the span of the grid is 16m deep and 10.5m long, creating such a clear and flexible floor space.
