It is a bit uncomfortable, but not so much that I can't do whatever exercise I am using it to track. I gave away my Polar heart rate monitor watch and the strap after getting the Mio.

2017年3月3日 · There are definitely fitness apps that track your heart rate via bluetooth strap. I am not super familiar with iOS, but I will tell you that most bluetooth straps should be compatible with an iPhone. A fitbit or garmin with a wrist based monitor might work but it might be slightly more inaccurate.
