2024年9月22日 · That may very well true with newer hardware, but all I'm saying is that in my experience with quite a few different HDMI cables of varying lengths (1.5m, 2m, and 3m) I've never encountered any issues. If a 3m (9.8') passive cable will work without bending or pressure on the HDMI ports, then the OP should just go with that.

There is nothing magical about an active cable other than they can extend the length. ARC/eARC is a pain in the a$$. Especially over 25' lengths. Your best bet would be a hybrid fiber cable if your cable length is over 25'.
