2017年3月21日 · Being around so many over eaters at work scares me as I know a couple people who ate right passed their sleeve and ended up even heavier. I get scared that will be me. To feel more secure there, I need to develop more tricks for staying separate. Maybe if I buy a really lovely lunch box, that will help.

2014年10月30日 · It's just over two weeks since I was sleeved and I started on the pureed diet yesterday. I had a bad day today (non-sleeve related) and did my old habit of buying some chocolate and eating it. On a positive note, I bought a lot smaller amount and didn't eat anywhere near what I used to.
