Cup and char pepperoni is what they use in Buffalo, NY and it's the best I've ever had. As it cooks the pepperoni folds up on itself creating little meat cups that hold the delicious pepperoni grease. Best thing ever. Battistoni is the number 1 supplier and I'm guessing they'd ship to Canada.

Had slices of pepperoni that were so thin but they were stacked 4-5 slices high and you could not see the base of the pizza for your life. But somehow not a total greasy mess. Amazing.

If I am picking up I'll go pizza at the one and wings at the other. If I want pizza+wings delivery I do Johnnys. Their pizza is really good and wings are great.
