2017年1月14日 · So, I am terrified and anxious about an issue happening on my lower gum line. I went to the dentist for the first time in 10 years due to pain from my wisdom teeth overcrowding and moving my other teeth. My lower front gum line looks like my jaw bone or teeth(not sure which) is really big and has developed a large bump or ridge.

In the effect a piece of bone (looks like a bone or a tooth) showed up. And it was much harder and much more "fixed" inside the gum (a photo enclosed). On the side of throat is feels sharp.

2017年8月27日 · About a month ago, I noticed the gum below the tooth to the right of my bottom front teeth had a tiny bulge outwards. I ignored it however two weeks ago it seemed as if a tooth/bone (I'm not sure what it is) has pushed through. It's painless, it doesn't wobble and it's firmly stuck into the gum as I've tried to see if I can remove it.

2016年4月9日 · Thank you very much for taking the time to reply, I had a better look today in daylight and its not red at all, no redness whatsoever, in fact if anything the gum tissue with the hard bump looks paler that the rest of my gums, its just like a hard white bony lump, so your suggestion that is is probably bone/bonespur sounds completely logical to me, I have a check up next month so will mention ...

2014年7月12日 · This will only happen if you had a tooth extracted in the area months ago.During extraction,bone particles will chip of and healing happens over.Everything closes nicely ,but the bone particle will move to the surface.Nothing to worry about.
