Using a fork, mix the tuna, mayonnaise and other ingredients in a bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Spoon the filing onto the two wraps, roll and serve with crisps and vegetable crudités.
Season with black pepper. Add the green beans, mixed beans, cherry tomatoes and spring onions to the dressing and mix. Flake the tuna on top and add the hard-boiled eggs. Season with black pepper.
This is not my grandmother’s tuna salad, though. The wasabi alone would have driven her to hysterics. Since there’s no written recipe, I’ll have to make some guesses about the details.
