What a fabulous place. It offers many activities. We took the gondola ride across the magnificent canyon which is deeper than the Grand Canyon. A great experience. lakelover908的完整评论

To get to Panachi you go by road, from Bucaramanga (BGA), which takes about 2 hrs or so, depending on traffic in BGA and what part of the city you depart from. Once you are at Panachi you can roam the park which is rather small compared to US parks, but sits on top of the Chicamocha Canyon. One of the big attractions here is paragliding from this spot which can place you at or above 2,000 feet from the river in altitude. There is also a new Aqua park which is very nice as the weather at the park is very hot year round. Once at the park you can take the cable to go to "Mesa de los santos". This is a separate part of the park that sits in the other side of the canyon and has a small plaza with cafe's, restaurants and souvenir shops. The cable goes all the way down to the river and up to la mesa, and takes about 20 min ride (about 5 km long). So you can take the cable, but you don't have to. If you want to see both parts of the park you must take it, but the biggest part is where you arrive by road. The weather at "La mesa" is a bit cooler.
